AdaKami as a local online P2P Lending platform that provides unsecured loans, wanted to improve its brand position compared to other P2P Lending companies in Indonesia. In addition, they also wanted to create more brand awareness and shift to a new business direction by targeting the high-end customer segment. With a vision to become a “one-stop financial solution for everyone” AdaKami engaged DMID to create a completely new brand strategy and identity.

The Challenge

Getting new users and how to educate the public about P2P lending and financial literacy are the main challenges, in addition to the many competitors in the P2P lending industry in Indonesia today. How to minimize the impression of online loans that are always synonymous with brash debt collection and high interest rates. Another challenge is how to be relevant to Indonesian society.

Inspired by the flourishing life that continues to grow, as every individual aspires for a better life growth, we developed a positioning that expresses AdaKami as the fast moving fintech that provides various financial solutions for Indonesian people’s life growth. The brand essence, ‘Supporting Your Life Growth’ reflects a good friend who gives hope to achieve goals and a better life. In addition, we refreshed the visual identity that is already well known, to be more relevant and reflect strong brand values as well.
